The location was perfect for exploring Toledo, right in the center where walking tours begin. The room was surprisingly nice with a flat-screen TV and strong air conditioning. Free coffee available at the reception. I appreciated the convenience of having a café just across the street for meals. The stay was a solid experience, especially for a family trip focused on sightseeing.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Toledo by Zocodover Square. Access to shops and restaurants is just steps away. The staff really impressed me. they were very accommodating with my luggage, allowing me to explore the city freely before check-in and after check-out. My room was spacious and clean, although I missed having a mini-bar that actually keeps items cold. A couple of issues stood out though. the bathroom water had an odd chemical smell, which made me a bit uncomfortable. I also found the heating a bit too warm when I initially arrived. Even with these issues, the overall experience was solid. I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Toledo, just hoping for some improvements in room amenities.

Had a great stay with friends! The location is perfect for visiting the Alcázar and the stunning cathedral. Rooms were clean and offered comfort. The staff was super helpful and made our experience enjoyable. Perfect base to explore everything this charming place has. Don’t miss the nearby café for quick bites.
The only downside was that the bathroom lacked sufficient ventilation, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.

The location was amazing for our family getaway, right next to Zocodover Square. We loved having hot drinking water available for tea after busy days. It's the perfect base for exploring Toledo’s history and charming spots with my niece and kids.
